To use this app, you must be registered member of Serviceo platform (https://www.serviceo.me).

The offboarded users will now be removed from the list of participants of the Member/Team Channel.

4. Added the Work Order, PMS Case & Job Order numbers in the beginning of Message Title in the Case Messaging channel. It will enable users to search the Case with Title and other related reference numbers.

5. Escalation messages will now only appear in the Escalation Conversation channel of the ServiceoChat.

6. Implemented the Spacing and Line Breaks feature in the messages entered by users manually. Users will now be able to use spacing and line breaks in messages they enter and send in any Channels of the ServiceoChat.

7. Changed the name of the “Task Conversation” channel to "Team Task Conversation" channel.
